Allowing for design and content it should be under £3000. They should have gone somewhere sensible like www.charity123.co.uk! I am totally shocked that any company would take that sort of money away from a charitable cause for something so basic (unless of course there's some massive backend system we can't see). I beleive that with charities the trustees can be liable for misuse of funds and I actually wonder if that would possibly be the case here.
